Job Chapter 32
So Bildad, Zophar, and Eliphaz refused to speak anymore with Job because he continued to insist he was innocent. Then Elihu became angry with Job because he refused to admit his sin and acknowledge that God had just cause to punish him. Elihu also became angry with his three friends because they had been unable to answer Job's argument and yet had condemned him. Now Elihu had waited until all the others had spoken because they were older than he.
But when Elihu saw that there was nothing more for them to say, his wrath was kindled and he spoke out in anger, "I am young and you are all much older, therefore I was afraid to voice my opinion. I thought to myself that with the multitude of years you should possess and teach wisdom. But it is not mere age that gives a man wisdom, but the spirit in a man and it is the inspiration of the Almighty that a man has understanding. Great men are not always wise, neither does age guarantee sound judgment. Therefore I say listen and I too will express my opinion. Behold I listened carefully to all your reasonings while you searched out what to say, but not one of you convinced Job that he is a sinner, nor have you been able to answer his arguments. And don't say that the wisdom learned in this matter is that God is the one who has punished him, not man. If Job had spoken with me, I would not have answered him as you have. Now you sit there amazed with nothing more to say. So should I continue to wait and say nothing while you are silent? No, now I will speak and offer my opinion. For I am full of words and the spirit within me encourages me to speak out. I am ready to burst out in speech. I will speak now and be refreshed. I will open my lips and provide answers in this matter. I will not speak out timidly, afraid of insulting your persons nor will I flatter you. For I will speak candidly and honestly lest God would strike me dead."

Job Chapter 33
"Now Job, I pray that you would hear my speech and harken to all my words. My words shall be spoken from my heart and my lips shall speak only wisdom for the spirit of God has made me and the breath of the Almighty gives me life. If you can answer me at any point, stand up and set your words in order. Look Job, I am the mediator you wished for to stand before you and God and to represent both of you. I am made of common clay just like you are, you do not have to be afraid of me. I am not here to be hard on you, but to help you. I have listened to you repeat over and over, 'I am innocent, I am clean, I have done no wrong, there is no sin in me.' You say that despite this God has found reason to come against you and count you as his enemy. You say that he has put your feet in stocks and marked every path you have taken. Behold Job, in this alone you have sinned. You have spoken wrong. Is not God greater than man? Why do you seek to strive against Him? For in the end, He will give no account to you for anything He does. For God speaks to man in many ways, though man does not perceive it in dreams, in visions in the night when deep sleep has fallen upon man. Then God opens the ears of men and gives them instruction that He may guide them to achieve His purpose. He keeps men from losing their soul and holds them back from perishing by the sword. Or God will chasten with sickness causing one to lie in bed with pain in every bone and joint. So that one loses his appetite and abhors the thought of bread or the daintiest of meats. His flesh is consumed away until his very bones that were not seen stick out. His soul draweth near to death. His very life on the verge of destruction. Yet if there be a messenger that comes to him, an interpreter, one among a thousand who is righteous and pure and shows pity and prays saying, 'Deliver him from going down to the pit. I have found a ransom.' Then his body shall be as healthy as a child. He shall return to the days of his youth. Then when he prays to God, God will hear and show favor unto him, receiving him with joy and reward him for his righteousness. Then he will say to men, 'I have sinned and done wrong in the eyes of God, but God forgave me and rescued my soul from the grave and let me live again in the light.' Yes, God often times works this way with man to bring back a man from destruction to be enlightened with the light of the living. Mark this well Job, listen to me. But if you have anything to say, answer me, speak, for I desire to justify you. If not then listen closely. Hold your peace and I shall teach you wisdom."
